Hello, I am a dedicated, honest and committed worker who really enjoys being of use to people, and I'm always willing to give my best at any job.

In recent years, I've worked mainly in hotels where I dealt and communicated with hundreds of people from different nationalities, and also in different environments, fulfilling their needs whilst being polite and nice and even having fun. The main languages I've used at work have been English, Spanish, and at times some basic Norwegian as well. I am therefore very much used to customer service roles, not just in the hospitality industry, but also through other small jobs I've had such as bartender and liquor sales representative at Christmas markets. I also had a great time working with underground and alternative music, both as a musician and singer, and also made some voice acting in local performances.

Moreover, I have also had some contact with the online work world, since most of my post-bachelor research (later published in the IX Congress of Portuguese Geography e-book) was conducted from home in articulation with other researchers and colleagues. When I did an internship in Gothenburg's Chalmers University, I often worked remotely, articulating my work and research with coworkers and researchers from different countries and backgrounds. In that context, I was provided with the interesting experience of assessing the quality of radio-transmissions between ships in the Kattegat canal (the entrance to the Baltic sea), – something that I had done before, when I was in the Army –, but in a camp-to-camp context.

I am highly motivated to pursue a job where I can hone in my skills in order to help others, whilst also broadening my knowledge and learning to perform tasks that are new to me.
