As a competitive customer service, sales, and marketing professional, I enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven, and customer-facing environment. Studying marketing at Victoria University of Wellington formed my appreciation of the creative process which transforms ideas into reality. My further study in sales at Cornell University enabled my ability to manage sales and marketing relationship, and ultimately help businesses drive revenue and brand awareness. My experience as a Business Development Consultant at Magento Adobe shaped me as an adaptive and solution-oriented communicator. I use initiative and exceptional problem-solving skills to provide real-time solutions and unique customer experience while representing the organisation’s culture. I continuously generate new sales opportunities while nurturing existing accounts. This role enhanced my computer skills, such as using Salesforce, Zoominfo, and Drift Chats. I also successfully work remotely on this role due to COVID-19. Besides, as the previous “VP of Marketing and PR” at AIESEC New Zealand, I worked as an entrepreneurial team leader. We are the first team based in Wellington working remotely. We strongly improved brand awareness in the territory and created new sales potentials. Organising events and one-on-one consulting sessions for clients helped me become comfortable building strong work relationships with different people. We also created social media campaigns to improve customer engagement on a small budget. I frequently used Photoshop and InDesign to design posters, brochures, and newsletters to support promotional campaigns. I am familiar with managing email campaigns, paid ads, social media presence, blogs, website content, and brand partnerships. I also think creatively to discover new market potentials for the brand. Moreover, my experience at David Jones fostered my strong customer service, retail sales, and client relationship management abilities.
