I started off as a customer and technical support agent way back 2016. Worked with companies like Telstra and Ebay. By the start of 2018, I tried my luck in sales, and with the right motivation and hard work, I was able to learn on how to close deals. I was a marketing consultant with RingMe Solutions, a company offering different marketing solutions to businesses in the UK and US. April of 2019, I transferred to 411 Locals, one of the top SEO companies in the US, as an Online Marketing Consultant. Stayed there for a year. During my time with 411 Locals, I was a consistent performer as I would always exceed my targets. As a team player, I made sure my teammates would also hit their targets by motivating them and keeping their spirits up because as we know in sales, there will always be bad days. But for me, it's all about the attitude. If you believe you can close the deal, by any means, you can definitely do it. I learned a lot from 411 Locals, and I's proud to say that I was able to help the company with the deals and the money that I bring to them. Sad to say, during the pandemic our company was only able to offer the jobs to those who can work from home, which back at that time I was not yet capable to work from home. So, right now, I'm a freelancer, a new one to be honest. So hopefully my skills and expertise as a customer service agent and as a sales closer can help your company just like how I helped the companies I worked for before.
