With over 11 years of professional experience in the BPO industry, I am well-qualified. Over the years, I've honed my leadership abilities, which have helped me become more adaptable, good at making decisions, data-driven, and a problem solver in order to deliver the results our clients need .

I've also improved my presentation skills by using MS Powerpoint, Canva, or Google Slides for our Monthly Business Review presentations. I am familiar with Microsoft Office, as well as Google applications such as Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Drive.
