I follow the Agile Scrum Methodology, where I develop the product in increments of MVPs.

I first get the business requirements from you and understand the needs of the products and its users to meet the Stakeholders requirements.

I then define the user stories and pick the most important ones first based on the mutual understanding with the client and based on that provide ETA of the MVPs. I deliver the project based on these MVPs and demo.This gives better visibility to the clients of its product deliverables.
