Assists in hiring a grounds crew and other staff necessary for the upkeep of the property. Manages budgets and accounts Manages records and files of current tenants. As per the following schedules, ▪ Generating Maintenance work order (MJR) for all properties and assigning the FM Engineer as per the allocation. Responsible to handle the negotiation on quotation with supplier in line with FM engineer. Reviewing Maintenance Service reports in line with FM Engineer. Maintaining all communications as minutes of meeting. Generating Purchase Request (through System – Dynamix 2012). Generating LPO’s and following up with the service providers. Preparing and issuing of Permit to Work and it’s follow up. Follow up with FM engineer on outstanding Maintenance request, work completion etc. Maintaining all incoming documents (like Quotations, Service Reports and Invoice etc.) Follow up with contractor for their service report and other AMC reports.
