Hi! I'm a Jamaican native, my name is Stacey Ann Humphrey. I have been passionate about technology and customer services for several years.

 Since 2020 I have shifted my focus from the girl that was in loved with the aroma from saffron sauces, modernized fancy refrigerators and stoves along with the rhythmic sounds of the kitchen utensils to the BPO sector and have never once looked back.

I am looking for a suitable job that will help to develop my communication and interpersonal skills. The COVID-19 Pandemic has taught me to be more open minded and to seek other job opportunities. I've become quite comfortable working in the BPO Sector and doing Customer Service and I believe that with my ability to learn quickly in a fast pace environment will help me to overcome any obstacle while gaining professional growth and stability. 

 I am a focused goal oriented, a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face any challenge. I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done , this is why I am always meeting my targets and I am on point and on top of all my tasks, which also allows my employers as to gain positive wins, I am also an experienced sales agent who absolutely loves to recommend services to customer based on their spoken and unspoken needs.

I have over 8 years of Customer Services experience and 2 years of Call Center Industry experience. I had worked on various campaign that includes dispatched and delivery, telemarking and sales.

At my pervious role I was a Technical Support, Billing and sales Agent, Some of my tasks include;

  • Handling high call volume of secondary and primary calls , to seek sales opportunity.
  • Building and nurturing positive customer relationships through ongoing positive, professional communication.
  • Adjusting and educating customers about their billing information processing payments and updating card information, troubleshooting customers device email troubleshooting.
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting customers with their online account registration.
  • Established strategies for providing organization with long-term income opportunities.
  • Maintained smooth-running sales pipelines, improving timely campaign delivery and business revenue efficiency.
  • Used exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills to close high-value client sales efficiently.

In the future, I see my self my furthering me academic background and to develop my analytical and customer service skills as it relates to sales because I see myself further playing the role as a quality experience coach and professional freelancer.
