I am a Nurse. I am passionate about healthcare and for me, service is life.

My experience as a healthcare provider for the past 7 years have molded me to do my utmost in everything. However, what I've gain is nothing compare to giving clients the superb service they are looking for.

I have worked as a Nurse Phlebotomist and at the same time as a Medical Administrative Assistant in the Laboratory Department for 3 years and 8 months. I Mastered multitasking from doing phlebotomist jobs to entertaining patients, juggling reception duties, to assisting medical technologist and data entry. After that, I became a Hemodialysis Nurse for the same hospital for almost 2 years that made me adept in handling and assisting regular patients every week. I attuned myself to tracking and keeping their records, monitoring their status and reporting it directly to our Head Nephrologist. The last job I had, I learned Pre-certification skills dealing mainly with Insurance. I pre-determined admissions and consultations of patients for eligibility. We received calls from different healthcare professionals and assist them in processing their claims if deemed eligible for approval.

Working in the medical field has always been my greatest joy and I don't see it any different working virtually for any customer-related functions. I can also help you with these tasks:
