I am an HR professional with 8 years of experience working in this field. Currently, I am working as an HR Team Lead in a BPO company handling seven people and overseeing 20 FTEs in terms of their productivity and task completion. I have experience in different facets of HR, like recruitment wherein I screen and reformat resume, scheduling interview and conducting interview with the applicants. In my On-boarding experience, I provide contract and offer letter to the candidates and entering their data in the system when they accepted the offer. I make sure that all relevant teams like IT and Payroll team are aware of the incoming new employees. I do also have an experience in employee and organization data changes using SAP, Employee central and other HR tools and any employment changes as well as termination process.
