My first job is a Corporate and Social Banquet Sales Executive in a catering services. We sell catering services to our potential clients during their important events like company christmas party, anniversary, wedding, and birthday. I am also a Freelance Events Coordinator wherein we assist the bride and groom from the planning to the execution of the wedding day. My most recent job is a Customer Service Representative. I assist clients regarding on their needs and concerns via calls. I make sure that I made the proper resolution for their concern and met their expectation.
