I'm a single mom and I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 5 years. My recent company was Convergys
and I have worked with them for almost 2 years as a Voice & Chat support and we handle Accounts & Billing. I decided to work at home because I wanted to try something new and good thing about this is I don't have to experience heavy traffic before going to work. I can spend more quality time with my family and most importantly with my son. I believe that I'm qualified for this position because I'm a fast learner and I'm always open with other feedback because this will help me learn and grow more with your company.
