Ever since I was a little girl, I've been very organized. Whenever something gets missing, my name is called to help find that item. My parents wouldn't allow any other person to fix their room aside from me due to my attention to the slightest detail and organization. Over the past 5 years, I have worked in Customer Support, where I was able to resolve all customers' complaints in a timely and professional manner working within the company's SLA.
