Stephen B. Bajande

As an excellent educator and a highly valued member of our teaching workforce for about three years now, I assure you that I have all the qualifications needed for the position that require my skills and expertise in Language, Journalism, Designing, Research, Assistance, or any other related jobs that would satisfy the needs and demands of my clients.

I taught in both Grade 11 and Grade 12 delivering subjects which specialize in Literature, Arts and Grammar. As a member of Hubstaff Talent with the goals of helping those who are in need of my service and delivering it as efficient and excellent as possible, I am very confident to introduce myself knowing that a dignified, knowledgeable and insightful person and a teacher such as myself might be able to share my expertise and experience to a greater group of clients.

As a self-reflective individual, I have seen my passion, growth and skills unfold greater heights as I embark on different works and assignments over the years. As a great follower as well as a leader, I whole-heartedly accept suggestions and advices as my platform towards nurturing myself professionally and personally. I am also a leader by seeing to it that my students receive quality education through making use of various technological means, implementing interactive and educational teaching strategies and activities, organizing relevant and authentic assessments and addressing students’ incompetence in my subject area. This trait of mine that never settles for less and would always be glad to explore new things can all be associated to my mindset of always manifesting excellence.

Being the adviser of the first publication of our university’s Senior High School, I am confident that I have an above average facility of the English language. Being well-versed in both written and oral forms of the language, I am able to show my flexibility in carrying my lessons successfully even in challenging environments such as handling different subject areas and teaching them to low-performing learners. With this, I have trained myself to be flexible in any given situation that present pressure.
