SUMMARY
I’m a Senior SharePoint consultant who's worked on a number of successful high-profile customer projects across many sectors. Currently the SharePoint Team Lead in ESB who leads a team of 5 consisting of both administrators and developers. Institute of Banking 01/2016 - 02/2016

I created and configured a SharePoint Online external collaboration site which would allow external examiners access to their module site that would contain assignments, mark sheets and feedback forms. Previously these would be kept on a shared drive and emailed to the examiners to correct. This has greatly improved the process of correcting assignments for the business as there is now one central location for all documents where all examiners can access.

I built a scalable and highly available SharePoint 2013 environment for the purpose of hosting PaddyPower’s business critical reports.
Responsibilities: Building Production, Disaster Recovery and Test environments using scripts e.g. AutoSPInstaller. Configuring BI functionality e.g. SSRS, SSAS, PowerPivot. Creating BI Centre sites. Configuring permissions. Site Governance. Testing High Availability and failover. Deployment of reports to new site using Visual Studio TFS
Bank of Ireland 12/2014 - 08/2015
Role: SharePoint Consultant.
I developed and configured Bank of Ireland's intranet on SharePoint Online as part of a team. This intranet is used by 16,000 users globally and is essential for employees day to day tasks as well as a valuable source of information.
Responsibilities: Building the new SharePoint Online site in Test and Production tenancies to the requirements of the customer. Apply branding to the sites. Developing the site using out of the box functionality as well as JavaScript, HTML, PowerShell and JQuery. Setting up Azure AD. Configuring User Profiles
HCL/AIB 01/2014 - 08/2014
Role: SharePoint Consultant.
I was employed as a contractor by the Indian company HCL to build one of the most complex SharePoint installations, its high available design across two data centres consisting of 60 servers. I also wrote the majority of the PowerShell to configure the enterprise search for 80 million items to be indexed.
Responsibilities: Building Production, Dev and SIT farms from scratch. Creating Site Collections. Web Apps. Farm Administration. Configuring all service Applications e.g. Excel Serices, User Profile etc.
