MANAGER - FRONT OFFICE:-
Assisting the Operations Manager in day to day operations and also in resolving guest complaints.
Assigning duties to the HOD’s in the absence of Operations Manager.
Assisting in Hiring of Man Power to Various Departments.
Ensuring that all front desk employees are well presented (uniforms, personal hygiene etc), and also punctual.
Ensuring that the workplace remains clean and tidy.
Ensuring that guest documentation and information is available and up-to-date.
Welcoming guests and fostering customer loyalty through friendly manner.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction via Guest Feedback and Social Media Review.
