MANAGER - FRONT OFFICE:- 

 Assisting the Operations Manager in day to day operations and also in resolving guest complaints.  

 Assigning duties to the HOD’s in the absence of Operations Manager.  

 Assisting in Hiring of Man Power to Various Departments.  

 Ensuring that all front desk employees are well presented (uniforms, personal hygiene etc), and also punctual.  

 Ensuring that the workplace remains clean and tidy.  

 Ensuring that guest documentation and information is available and up-to-date.  

 Welcoming guests and fostering customer loyalty through friendly manner.  

 Ensuring Customer Satisfaction via Guest Feedback and Social Media Review.
