I'm a Proactive Customer Service Representative with 4 years background experience with an E-commerce Business. I handle emails/tickets using ZohoDesk /Zendesk/Gorgias/Freshdesk and chat support thru FB/IG. I usually help customers with tracking their orders, help them if they have any issue with the product they receive, assist them with their returns,cancellation or refund.

In the past, I've worked with a BPO company for 4 years to where I take incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions,I handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

I am a Bachelor's degree holder, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management who desires to have a long-term job that will help me with my career and personal growth.
