I was an Administrative Assistant in a retail company for more than 2 years. Adept in providing general office support for a variety of administrative tasks. This includes but not limited to managing calls and correspondence, filing, email management, scheduling, monitoring, training coordination, creation of presentations, basic photo and video editing, and preparation of financial-related transactions such as cash requisitions/liquidations, reimbursement, payment orders, monthly inventory for assets of the company branch.
I am knowledgeable about Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation. I'm a hardworking person and I always give the best out of me. I am fast learner and require minimal supervision.
