Suzanne Katie Lloyd – CV PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Corporate English Trainer with GOFluent Oct 2018 - Present ● Teach English to corporate students across Europe and Asia. ● Teach a mixture of group lessons and private lessons online to students all around the world. Online Teacher with EF Jan 2017 - Jan 2018 Teacher with EF, AP, Shanghai Normal University, Jiaotong University and East China Normal University. March 2015 – March 2016. Designed, planned and taught courses covering all of the four major skills, to mixed major and mixed level students. This included organising files for new attendance, student details and parental communication forms. It also required the introduction and implementation of new standard operating procedures for parent teacher meetings, course orientations and special iPad lessons. Facilitated collaboration between the academic, sales and service teams through successful cross-departmental communication. This contributed to increasing the efficiency and organisation of the school. Chaired academic team meetings and smaller pod meetings aimed at developing ideas to improve the environment for teenage learners. Trained and mentored new teachers through the induction process and thereafter. Planned and delivered continual professional development workshops. Observed lessons and gave developmental feedback. Organised special marketing events such as Christmas and Halloween parties for hundreds of participants. Created a new system for managing Teaching Assistants, clearly defining roles, setting up channels for feedback and new incentives scheme. Was responsible for maintaining an iPad project run in our school. This required technical maintenance, logging and reporting problems, updating application editions and being an important point of contact between the school and nationwide coordinators. Distributed medicine and evaluated the health of HIV sufferers. Organised and managed projects, events, and workshops for street children and orphans. Assessed grant applications, through both evaluation of criteria and interviews of applicants, giving the company confidence its funding was being distributed in an effective manner.
