Analyzing, Classifying and recording the financial transactions in daily basis.
Supervising to analyze, record and prepare financial reports or statements
Monitoring banking activities of the organization and conduct bank reconciliation in monthly basis.
Monitoring economic transactions, bank statements, party ledgers and recording and reporting of Accounts Receivable/ Payable and ensuring necessary reconciliation before finalizing the financial statements.
Preparing financial statements for statutory audits as per financial calendar and ensure necessary reporting to statutory bodies.
Recording and maintaining cash book, bank book, stock register/stationery register, fixed assets register, cheque register and other necessary registers.
Any other responsibilities as per management requirements.
