April 2016- December 2018: Senior Consultant- Project Delivery
Working within the United Outcomes Outcome Delivery team, supporting the delivery Business and IT Change
projects with a focus on Program and Project Delivery, Program Management Office (PMO) and Benefits Management
across a diverse client portfolio.
PMO and Program Consultant- Bupa Global UK
Bupa are a global Health and Insurance provider, which has grown by acquisition, located in 190 countries
and employ over 86,000 employees globally. Due to constant changes in technology and the constant threat
of cyber breaches, Bupa are undergoing a global cyber security uplift and transformation.
Tara was engaged to set up and imbed the Global Information Security Transformation Program’s (GIST) PMO
function, developing project tools, templates, reporting structure, processes and governance. Change
Control, Dependency Management, Project Delivery Framework, Risk and Issue Management were all key
functions and processes that Tara had imbedded to enable the Program to be delivered in a structured and
controlled way, providing a consistent approach to reporting to program sponsors and stakeholders at Board
level.
PMO and Program Consultant- Allica Bank (formerly CivilisedBank) UK
CivililsedBank’s “Build The Bank” Program was a Program established to build and launch a new UK
Challenger bank. Tara was engaged to deliver PMO and Program consultancy across the entire Program which
includes over 10 workstreams within two focus areas, IT Build & Operations Build Projects. The IT build
includes the implementation of a Core Banking System with a Digital Customer Interface.
PMO and Program Consultant - Kantar Group (WPP Group) UK
Kantar embarked on a large-scale global transformation across a number of their operational functions
including HR. The main driver for the HR Transformation (HR for The Future- HR4TF) is, right-sizing the HR
function globally to fit changes to Kantar business structure. United Outcomes was engaged to support the
HR4TF Program in delivering their new Target Operating Model.
As the PMO and Program Consultant Tara set up and ran the PMO for the USD$12.4M Program, whilst
supporting the Global Program Manager and Project Board in providing extensive HR data management and
analysis, delivered program benefits and cost reporting, and undertook general PMO activities such as work
stream/program project reporting, maintaining the project plan and creating, imbedding and maintaining
RAIDD Log. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on Benefits Management Realisation and Tara was
responsible for, managing and reporting against Program Targets to global stakeholder groups.
Project Consultant– Lloyds Banking Group UK
The main outcome of the project was to roll out a standard CIO engagement framework that could be
embedded into existing governance and would lend itself to proactive project planning across the portfolio.
Supporting the Lead Project Manager, Tara was a key contributor to the creation and submission of the
Business Case for this project. Tara produced process maps & Infograms, financial & business benefit analysis,
project delivery plan, contributed to stakeholder and vendor workshops and provided general PMO & project
support to the overall Business Case delivery.

July 2015- April 2016: Head of Resource Management & Community
Management of the Community Frontline Team (CFT) consisting of 6 consultants, which is the resourcing function
within the UK Consulting business, whilst delivering various business improvement initiatives to enhance the
