Starting my career in FinTech, I have over eight years’ experience in a quality assurance position. I have been the lead tester for both mobile and web applications, as well as major OS upgrades, and have championed for improvements to team processes for a smarter and more efficient working environment. I have always advocated for the best user experience, and have pushed back when design or implementation was not in the best interests of those users.
An ever-curious mind, I have been adapting my skills and learning new techniques to further hone my natural abilities. Throughout my career, I have always striven to put the end-user's needs first, and have looked as objectively as possible to ensure that my team was creating the best possible product. I was fortunate to grow my instinctual mindset within the framework of user experience, making sure things weren’t broken, and that the copy language was clear and typo-free.
