I worked with different accounts in my previous jobs. First job that I handled is being a technical representative for the Xerox machine. My main job was to assist the customer over the phone if they have problems with their machines. We also do sales for the different parts and materials needed by the machine. I also handled student loan for student in America and do collections. Answering emails and enquiries. I worked with credit bureau also and doing my best to convince our customers to maintain their membership with us. I also handled telco account for Australia and mainly doing collections and sending them emails for their bills. One of the biggest account I handled was AT&T for America and its a combination of sales,customer service and technical support. We also do telemarketing and email handling for enquiries.
