I have experience with a telecommunication company where I assist with customer complaints and hit daily sales target and with a BPO company where I was a Retention Agent where I managed inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chat. I also, worked with an online consultant college as an appointment setter and sales representative. I have worked with software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Avaya, MyCPS, OPUS, Hubstaff, RingCentral, Five 9 and Salesforce. I have the ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
