Before I became a dialysis nurse, I was working in the BPO industry for more than 3 years. I handled the health and welfare benefits of the Ford and Cigna employees. I also had an upskill training so that I would also be certified to answer calls related to pension benefits. Because of my hardwork, dedication and perseverance at work, I received recognitions from the previous companies. The first one was with ContactCenter.com, I was awarded as a caliber agent and with Affiliated Computer Services, I was recognized as the top agent of the entire LOB. I can say that I am the type of employee who is always striving to prove himself to everybody. I can work with minimal supervision provided you'll tell me clearly what must be accomplished. I am also a team player. I can't remember that I had a beef with any of my colleagues in my entire job history. I respect and accept them for who and what they are. I am also flexible, meaning I can adjust to any schedule that I will be given.
