I worked as a translator and customer assistant for a drop-shipping business for 6 months, for about 3 to 6 hours a day. I can take care of the most time-consuming parts of the business, answering customers' email and fulfilling orders.
My main daily tasks in my previous job were:
-customer care regarding any purchasing/shipping issue, as well as website's technical issues, responding via email and via Faceook Messenger, Instagram DM/comments, and other social networks;
-disputes handling both on Aliexpress and PayPal, examinating every customer's problem following the business' policy guidelines;
-order processing and fulfillment, mastered using both Oberlo and Dropified in connection with Shopify and Aliexpress;
-translator for PR and customer assistance, fluently speaking English, Spanish and Italian (native).
My interests in the online entrepreneurship and Social Media Marketing date back a few years ago, when I was introduced to the ecommerce by a friend, but I started working regularly only in 2017.
