Tommy Gleason

Having held a job since the age of 15, I acknowledge my abilities to be a personable, honest, and consistent worker. I am excited to work effectively with a company who's values and mission support my own.

Most of all I am familiar with carrying out a number of tasks/responsibilities simultaneously and maintaining strong time management. Through college, I was at most times balancing school work, a part time job, and an internship. Here are some strong skills I've honed in on over the years along with experience to back them up:

• Project Management - Leading in the merging of a company to one I was interning at. A roughly six month project that involved organization, commitment, and strong communication.
• Leadership - My senior year of college, I was a manager of a young and successful restaurant. This meant while working with owners to work out issues in the business, I was able to train new staff in all operations within the restaurant.
• Remote Work - While interning for a small Business Management firm, we worked through a server connecting us to other employees around the country. We communicated mostly through Microsoft Outlook and were able to continue operations from different US cities.
• Adaptability - I am proud to have ventured across the United States to attend college, to a place I had zero familiarity with, and to spend four months studying abroad without having ever left the country before. I am not afraid to take risks and venture into unknown territory, in fact it motivates me.
• Organization and Analytics - Many of my internships and work experiences have played on my strengths to be organized and numbers-oriented. This includes working with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.

I am a well-rounded worker with plenty of experience. I'm excited to find remote work and find a company that best suits me.
