Duties:
i. Provide overall supervision of the processes of recording, classifying and summarizing financial transactions and interpreting the results, ensuring that all transactions of the Foundation are recorded, and that there is easily accessible supporting original documentation for all the transactions. Second, provide necessary approvals for transactions and processes within set policies. Third, provide custodianship to all financial policies and procedures.
ii. Review and provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts, including identifying fixed costs, cost centres, and consumption rate.

With annual donor & grant funding of USD 50 million from various donors (BPRM, UNHCR, UNWFP, DFID, SIDA, USAID-TIS, GDC & JICA)
Post’s Objective: Handle project and programme finance accounting.
Duties:
i. Verification of documents, checking the supporting documents and Processing payments.
ii. Handle cost reallocations and post the various JVs.

Duties:
i. Focal finance person in MHAC: liaison with the bank for queries and clarification.
ii. Manage all Bank transactions and prepare bank reconciliations.
iii. Process all MHAC payments and verify receipts.
iv. Post all MHAC Financial transactions to prism.
v. Reconcile the various MHAC accounts: staff & debtors, vendor & accruals.
vi. Ensure adequate stock levels at MHAC.

i. Incharge of Cash Management: preparation of cash payment & receipt vouchers, ensure proper coding, updating cash books, posting journals in ACCPAC.
ii. Issue working advances & travel claims.
iii. Preparing the cash forecast and budget as per various donors.
iv. Incharge of Supplier payments: writing cheque requisitions, verifying the GRNs, POs, DFs against the invoice.
