Most recently, I have been working with as a Business & Project Manager and gained experienced with Scrum Agile Methodology, VSTS, JIRA, Confluence with Backlog management, creation, tracking and Scrum management. I have set up and worked with VSTS, JIRA, Confluence, Hubspot, SmartSheets, Infusionsoft and other Apps & PlugIns for productivity. I have also created and updated entire eCommerce stores from start to finish and taken care of maintenance, SEO, link building and more. Experience with Recruiting and hiring within Upwork and LinkedIn for various roles. Social Media Marketing on all the major sites and including Content Creation with MailChimp & Lead Generating Landing Pages. I have worked with Oberlo & AliExpress on both platforms as well as adding & organizing merchandise and all associated activities. Additionally, I have setup Facebook Pixel and ran Facebook and Google Ads for target markets and goals. Content creation using Canva, Flume, Tailwind and Ripl for Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn. I pride myself on quality work and productivity.

The last 7 years, I have marketing myself & services on social media using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Google+ focusing on creating a client base. I have extensive client relationship management and business reporting experience as well to measure targets and goals. 

Additionally, I am an experienced Educator. I taught English in a U.S. Public School for 10 years and have advanced degrees. My specialty in this area is Training with over 11 years of experience in face to face and online training.

I enjoy utilising my advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, Advanced Word, Sharepoint, SmartSheets, Salesforce and Excel as well as other professional programs and project management software like Basecamp, Slack, Trello, Asana and other productivity tools. I am a quick learner, enjoy collaboration and learning new programs. I am always open to a challenge.
