As a Customer Service, I am responsible for handling clients' transactions and concerns that include mostly about their business and finances. Transacting deposits both cash and checks, Assisting them on how to understand banking procedures. As a Sales Officer, I was the one who offers the bank products that I think the clients will be needing for their businesses. Sending proposals, setting meetings, and even researching some details about their business so I can easily determine what products I will offer and would benefit them.
