I have been in this line of work since 2009 and was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines. I started as a telemarketer that eventually led me to the Customer Loyalty team where I was assigned to retain customers by providing the appropriate solution and soon, assigned to the outbound collections team where we are assigned 50 to 100 leads per day for collections making 100-200 dials per day depending on the workload.

Throughout the years of my experience I've honed a variety of skills such as billing & collections, customer retention, sales, customer service, lead management, multi-tasking, among others. I have managed to improve my skills and learned what I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and flexible, be it into sales or providing exemplary customer service. I’m highly focused and goal oriented type of person, works hard to ensure that I provide exemplary.
