Hi, I’m Trish! I am a  customer service professional and a sales representative for more than 5 years here in the Philippines. I provide best resolutions to customers’ concern and help them with some basic troubleshooting with their services at home. I also had an experience in cold calling for real estate industry and SEO. I then work with big BPO companies here in our City and I am a freelancer at the same time. I worked with a company that is based in Europe, which I am a customer service representative and a lead generation specialist at the same time. I am the one that is assigned to filter influencers on several social media platforms and offer collaboration to them to promote the product that our company offers. I also had an experience working in a Virtual Assistant agency. I am a sales assistant/cold caller (real estate) which is part of their support team.
