* Preparing and maintaining all the documents of an order, till completion of order
* Forwarding Inquiries to Dealer with replying customer with the details of dealer.
* Preparing quotations as required by Sales Representatives and sharing it with Clients.
* Preparing and sending receipt / payments details to Accounts Department and Sales Representatives.
* Handling all the back-office activities like scanning the important documents, filing the documents, etc.
* Maintaining various register like Dispatch, Quotation, invoice etc.
* Follow-up with clients for payment.
* Making Commission Invoices for the dealers and clients.
* Frequently check office supply stock; reorder supplies when needed.
* Obtaining information for exhibition and handling the procedures for participating in exhibition.
* Sending Invitation passes to important clients for exhibitions.
* Preparing and sending the details of C-forms to the clients and follow up for the same and to receive the C-forms within time.
* Handling petty cash and overall admin expenses.
* Maintaining and updating the client database.
* Making Expense sheet of company.
* Making Travel reservations for the guests or Colleagues.
* Attending Calls in office for inquiries and give proper details for sending inquiry by email.
* Documentation for Shares and Mutual Funds for clients.
* Mailing statements for Investments held to clients and also details for new Investment products.
* Timely dispatch of memos and bills to clients.
* Follow-up with clients regarding documents required for investments.
* All such responsibilities as deemed fit by the Management.
