I hold a BSc in History and International Studies. A goal-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. I place a high premium on developing and maintaining relationships at all levels within an organisation. I have experience delivering exceptional customer service. I volunteered with a Christian Youth Organization (FECA) where I handled leadership responsibilities that included planning and executing projects within budgetary constraints.. Being the Project Leader, I was required to coordinate the efforts to outline, reach out and eventually secure these funds while ensuring long-term communication with the organizations to engender future partnerships on other proposed projects. I gained experience in talent acquisition and management where I was directly involved in sourcing for candidates with the desired skills to match the various leadership portfolios in the organization. These involved different stages of the interview to appointment and election in a few cases. I also devised strategies that helped to develop and maximize the intellectual and leadership capacities of the departmental heads to achieve organizational goals. In addition, I have volunteered and worked professionally as a Content Writer, Social Media Manager and an administrator for more than a decade.

I have a one year experience in Customer Service Management while working with LandWey Investment Limited. I currently volunteer as the Tribz' Community Executive Secretary with The Baptizing Church, Lekki, Lagos.
