I am a Quality Analyst, customer service representative, data entry specialist, virtual assistant and health insurance biller/ accounts specialist. I previously worked as a Quality Analyst in a BPO company for 8yrs and 4mos. Quality analyst skills that I believe is a great help for me to be the best freelancer: keen to details, I value time as much as I value quality, I can work either with a team or alone, I can finish job with less or no supervision, and I am flexible, I do not just audit calls but when needed on the phone I still take in calls and help my customers with their needs.
