Hello,

I have been with the customer service industry for 11 years. My background in this type of industry is extensive.

My last project was with Fragrant Jewels. I was hired as a customer email support agent and was hired by the company to serve as a front line support for their customers. I have created standard responses and templates that the company is still using to answer the customers inquiries and concerns.

I have handled accounts such Directv, At&t, Fragrant Jewels and Rodale Publishing.

I was also assigned as a system administrator with my previous work in Convergys. My main role was to supervise the applications of the account. I have to oversee that B2B aspect of the client and provide an efficient system that will handle the customers needs. We use incidents and tickets to mark all critical developments in our day to day operations and escalate the matter to the appropriate department for resolution.
