I have been in the customer service industry for roughly 4 years. I am currently a freelancer handling E-commerce businesses as both a customer service representative as well as a virtual assistant.

I have great customer relation skills, multitasking skills and
problem-solving skills that I've learned from my past experience as a customer service representative, email support representative, subject matter expert
and escalation specialist.

I have used several platforms in creating tickets namely: Seibel,
Zendesk, Five9, and Nexus.

I have recently acquired skills in using these tools: Shopify, Opencart, Amazon Seller Central, and Salesforce desk. And I have learned the worth of using the following software as well: Hubstaff,  Filezilla, Teamviewer, RingCentral and LastPass.
