There I got familiar with the basics and after a few more courses I started working for different companies and business owners in the music, therapy, fat-burner and molecular cuisine sector. My duties included handling the campaigns and posting regularly, providing interesting and relevant content. HPE, DXC.TECHNOLOGY |- - Resource Broker In DXC.technology my position as a Resource Broker for the North-Central Europe team included assisting the team members in case they had issues with the systems and helping them with their work schedules. I ran multiple reports related with the team’s efficiency. If there were available positions that had to be mantained I had to find the most suitable resource and assign them. I had to participate in all management meetings and advise on the most recent updates related with the teams and their performance. 60K |- - Customer support agent My responsibilities as a senior agent in this sector were related with chat line support where I had to assist clients with their travel reservations and perform the necessary changes or payments. My position required multi-tasking, handling multiple queries and complete all necessary amendments simultaneously. In cases when the issue couldn’t be solved on the chat line I had to find the best solution and escalate it to higher instances. As Senior Agent I had to assist the new team members in their training, perform a daily live monitoring and monthly monitoring. CMSG |- - Sales representative In CMSG my main responsibilities were to contact clients who have interest in the Forex market and introduce them to our business. I had to schedule daily meetings with potential clients and represent the company in the best way.
