My name is Anca, I am 21 years old and I am from Romania.

I am a law student, have been working in the law field, in a Court of Law during university.

I like to work with other people, I respect timelines for projects and I always do my best to improve my work.

I have been working as a Customer Support Specialist for almost a year now, starting october 2022. For this company I had contact with the customers through various channels - phone, e-mail and chat. I raised my productivity through time, learned the procedures, and I have a 97% quality score for my work.

In my free time I am an aspiring actress. I played at the theatre in my hometown and I worked with an acting group that played in schools in areas where parents can't afford to take their children to bigger shows.

I speak English and French at an advanced level. I started speaking and learning English when I was five and I studied English language in highschool as a bilingual profile. I started learning French in 3rd grade, when I was 8 years old, and later on went to competitions.
