Hi, I'm Vicsy and I can be your virtual assistant who will assist and manage tasks for you remotely and help you finish a quality work on a timely manner. I've been a virtual assistant for 2 years now. I can do Administrative task, Amazon fulfillment, processing and dropshipping Amazon orders from suppliers directly to customers. I have also a little knowledge about Amazon FBA labelling and bulk processing. Amazon handling time strategy to boost more sales and managing seller central account. Additionally, I can manage and fulfill orders through Shopify online platform.

Moreover, I can be your customer service/technical assistant who'll be handling customer concerns. I am a customer service/technical support for almost 2 years. I can handle customer queries in a professional manner.

Lastly, I can do basic Photoshop skills such as basic logo making, calling cards, tarps, cartooning and photo editing. I can also do data entry and web research to excel, databases and other data entry platforms. Additional skill is I'm familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel.
