In my work experience, I have obtained expertise in device troubleshooting, complaints resolution, generating sales lead, placing orders, data entry and handling. I have handled corporate emails, used technology as a customer care agent, worked using CRM tools such as Zendesk, Zoho, Hubspot and toolbox.

I love to meet new people and assist with their concerns, working to achieve a goal and provide solutions to challenges. I have great communication and organization skills which make me fit for any project I embark on. My excellent attention to details are some of my strengths, I am flexible, adaptable and always ready to learn.
