telephone/email. Conduct primary interview for the selected candidates before the final
interview with the overseas clients. Assist the MD/Client at the time of the final interview.

3). Worked as Executive Secretary in Gulf Electronics Company (Agent for Philips,
Siemens, Frigidaire and Whirlpool appliances in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi), P O Box
2133, Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E from 25/09/1996 to 02/02/2008.
The job includes:
Assist the Personnel and Administration Manager in the day to day office affairs.
Handling different department works independently, which includes correspondence (drafting
emails/letters etc.) with the Principals Philips Holland/Dubai, Siemens, Germany/Dubai,
Whirlpool Italy and Frigidaire U.S.A and various other clients / customers.
Placing purchase orders with the Principals as per the instruction of CEO/ Department Heads /
Sales Managers after validating the stock movement.
Preparing and submitting government tenders through the respective web.
Preparing quotations / tenders for various customers as per the instruction by sales staff.
Authorized to receive and send emails / faxes accordingly.
Coordinate with the accounts department to establish Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee with
International Banks.
Support the logistics department to source shipment documents from the Principals / freight
forwarders whenever necessitated.
Coordinate the outdoor and indoor sales staffs.
4). Worked as Secretary in Khayti Advisory Services (Share Brokers), Princess Street,
Mumbai from June 1993 to July 1996.
The job includes:
Handling the office works independently and was reported to the MD/Manager directly.
Contact the Non Resident Indian customers by fax/email to advise the market scenario on a
regular basis.
5). Worked as Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator in R B Jain & Associates (Chartered
Accountants), Vile Parle, Mumbai and Paultry Times of India, Versova, Andheri (W), Mumbai
during the period of September 1992 to April 1993.
