Throughout my studies at Faculty for business economy, Singidunum University, I have gained valuable experience and skills which enable me to start looking for opportunities in international companies like yours.
Apart from regular activities at University, I worked on various projects within the different subjects.

One of the most interesting was working in Agency for business registration in 2013. and 2014. I worked there as Assistant in processing of final accounts, and my job was to process final accounts, checking them if they meet all requirements, such as balance sheet, statistical annex, and sending them back to to companies.
During this interesting and challenging job, i have improved my skills as a team player and further built up my individualistic and leadership spirit as well, which I consider as one of the most important advantages now days.

Also, I had internship at Delta Motors, official importer of BMW and MINI vehicles, as marketing assistant. The biggest project was organization of BMW X5 training at NAVAK track, that lasted 7 days, where my job was to arrange everything that’s needed for people from 8 countries either on track or in the office.

Regarding true work experience, it starts on February 2015, where i started in Metropol Palace, the Luxury Collection Hotel (Starwood hotel chain) as HR Executive. I worked on this position until September 2015. Shortly, my job was creating and updating employee’s documentations register and deregister employees, involment of salaries calculation and making all necessary decisions and documents for authorities, for beggining mainly to take care about HR administration.

Furhter, on October 2015 i was promoted to HR Manager&Cost controller. My responsibilities were to prepare reports, to cooperate with lawyer office which is engaged by Hotel, constantly keeping in touch with new regulations regarding labour law and internal companies regulations (rule books, contracts,..). Afterwards, from October 2016, as Operation Manager Deputy i took control also for control of all departments in cooperation with Operation manager, taking care about all F&B activities, cost control (finished training for cost controller in Materials control), control of all Starwood standards,…
