Hi I'm Wenadel Miranda you can call me Wenna, My previous job is Customer Service Representative on BPO Industry. I'm receiving inbound calls from the member of the Health Insurance, providing their concerns, complains and inquiries about the claims, benefits, coverage and eligibility. I also became a Medical Account Receivable Representative i am receiving a refund request letter thru emails from the health insurance, they are requesting for a refund about their overpayment. I'm going to analyze the account, checking if the information they provided is correct and checking their payment. After that i'm going to send an email to the billing department for the process of their check for refund. If ever the we are not able to release a refund for some reasons, i'm sending a email to the health insurance sayaing we cant process their refunf request and asking for some information that we need.
