I have been a Customer Service Representative handling inbound calls and emails mostly on E-commerce platform, and for a ride-sharing platform in the BPO industry, and in my 2 years of freelancing or working from home set-up. I was the first point of contact for shoppers inquiring about their orders, placing orders, processing card payments, refunds, and replacements. I've also been the first point of contact for riders and drivers regarding their safety issues during their ride. That also includes creating reports and proper escalations.

I've been Freelancing for more than 2 years now, mostly as an Appointment Setter or as an Inside Sales Agent for an insurance agent, real estate agents and investors. Tasks includes: cold calling leads to skip trace and generate warm and hot leads, managing and nurturing leads on the CRM, setting phone or face to face appointments to my clients, uploading leads to the dialer, recruiting real Estate Agents to join our program, and sending daily and weekly reports about our business through email.
