I am a lady with a degree in IT gained in 2010. I have over 8 years working experience in technical and customer support and work well with new software as well as people.

I have been working remotely for 3 years and have gained experience in technical customer support in the areas of;

• Email handing,
• CRM (Zoho and Salesforce),
• Zendesk ticketing,
• Zendesk chat and
• Phone support.

I'm familiar with HTML and CSS languages and able to edit documents or sites created on these platforms.
