I have 17 years of experience in business analysis and solution design. I am adept at creating small to large scale solutions and integrating business models into automated implementations e.g a organization wide portal based on balanced scorecard. The portal helps an organization to metricize mission, vision, goals, short term and long term strategy and therefore effectively evaluate alignment of departmental efforts and performance.
Data Management, Application Performance Improvement and Data warehousing: Building an Integrated data warehouse which includes inputs from multiple sources and data systems to provide a broader business evaluation rather than individual KPI and metrics. Most organizations invest in high cost resources and/or tools to tackle a perceived to be a Big Data problem, when in truth it requires a platform that can collect data efficiently and rapidly respond to user questions through data self discovery. I have successfully implemented integrated data warehouse(s) for airlines which lend well to data discovery and prescriptive analysis.
I have been successful at providing solutions that have reduced infrastructure costs for organizations, be it by migrating legacy applications to the cloud, by replacing high cost licence components with open source low cost alternatives and/or changing the architecture of applications. I have also created platforms that audit and report performance, compliance and proactively manage risk.
