When I was working with HSBC I am one of the people who handled their Premium account. I was given the task with their most sensitive account and I did not fail the company.

I left HSBC because Telus International Phil poached me because of my skills and experience. Working with Telus I was trained in 9 LOBs' using the system of BLISS, ZENDESK, SALESFORCE etc.

I've been with Telus for 5 years, and they gave me an awards multiple times. They also choose me as one of their SME's because of my performance.

As an SME I did struggle at first because I was given a team that was not passing. However, I did my best to help agents pass their score card every month. But I told them that we are not her to only have a passing score I motivated them to be the number one Team on that LOB. After days of work and non-stop coaching we were awarded the top Team not only in our LOB but also in our Cluster.¹
