I've been with Telus for 5 years, and they gave me an awards multiple times. They also choose me as one of their SME's because of my performance.
As an SME I did struggle at first because I was given a team that was not passing. However, I did my best to help agents pass their score card every month. But I told them that we are not her to only have a passing score I motivated them to be the number one Team on that LOB. After days of work and non-stop coaching we were awarded the top Team not only in our LOB but also in our Cluster.ยน
