Hi i am Winde Rose Rellores from Philippines, I am currently working as a Receptionist and a admin assistant in one of the dealer of Toyota in Laguna. I make an account here in hubstaff for I can have a part time job. I want to have this job to support myself and also my family. It is my pleasure to work on a online jobs. One of my friend told me that i can work online so i found this. That's why i try and hopefully i can work with you guys if you let me :). Actually, way back 2014 i was a executive assistant in the same company (Toyota) i am direct communicating to the president, vice president and the general manager of the said company. I do minutes of the meeting, excel filing and reporting. i do also getting the schedules of the managers and emailing/communicating direct to the secretaries of other dealers. and then i after 1 year and 8 months of being a executive assistant i choose to move the other department which is the Service department where in i am a Receptionist. So for your information, my task there was receiving the incoming and outgoing calls in the reception. Making an appointment for the other day, receiving walk in clients and appointments. I also do reporting direct to the service head, especially when we have concerns. A lot of customers and calls we encountered and then , after being a Receptionist for almost 2 1/2 years , My service head and manager promoted me as a service admin 2. So, i am currently working now as an admin. my task is to get the unit received of our express maintenance everyday directly reporting to one of the department of Toyota motor Philippines. I do also outgoing calls, calling all the recalls of the defect parts of a unit this is a campaign of the said company.
As a employee/worker, I always do my job with a smile and positive insights. i always make sure that i am respected and valued of my co-employee. I do encourage myself daily, when it comes to team work,i do outstanding support to the troops.
So,I am very open and glad to be part of your growing organization.
Thank you!
