Winnie Chepkoech Magut

I hold a bachelor's degree in Biomedical science and technology from Egerton University, Kenya. I got into online work while at the University to supplement my allowance and have never looked back since. Providing customer support and other virtual assistance has become my passion and a way of making a living for the past three years.

I have over 5 years of experience working online. I started with writing blog content for content mills and have over the years, diversified to other ways of making a living online. These include affiliate marketing with Maxbounty, Jumia Kenya, and Kilimall, social media marketing, creative writing, and most recently customer service and virtual assistance.

YaYa Creations is an e-commerce company based in California, USA with three e-commerce stores: Efavormart, Tablecloth factory, and Ehomemart. I went through a 1 month training of customer service in which I learnt how to use Shopify admin, Comm100, Airtable, and Deposco to assist customers with their orders.

I later joined the new items team as a virtual assistant where I handled some vendor emails concerning orders, did a lot of data entry such as sales confirmation data from vendors.

I believe my fluent English, experience communicating with customers from different backgrounds, empathy, being a fast learner, flexibility, and ability to adapt make me uniquely fit to work as a customer representative for your company.
