I'm currently studying to qualify as a fitness instructor. I have experience training people so I understand how individuals have they own way of working or interacting so I'll be able to handle any type of person.I'm all about helping others achieve their ideal fitness goals without overlooking their capabilities.I'm friendly but I can also be a bit brutal when it comes to working out because I want my clients to remove any doubt they have and actually believe that they have the will to do it.I'm very time efficient so I won't pack a lot of exercises into an hour and achieve nothing instead I will plan out a whole workout routine without being too harsh on one's body. I have an undying passion for fitness so my goal is to make people understand why I love it and also become a part of it.
